Utilization-conditions - AGB

With the registration at MWM project do you confirm this agreement. MWM project keeps the right before, to alter this agreement at its members without prior communication.

If you decide to terminate your membership someday, your paid membership rates are not reimbursed for you. If we decide our service, that you get, to finish, you are gotten no repayment of your membership rates and no further commissions. Already accrued commissions are entitled you in full scope of course.

All personal data are stored data base in the MWM scheme and are sold to third, gives away and/or passes on otherwise somehow. You give the entitlement to MWM project to receipt the Newsletter and e-mails over our programs and offers.

If you don't agree with the aforementioned conditions, you can become no member of MWM project. If a member contravenes against the aforementioned conditions, one immediately finishes his/its membership, the commissions decline and the membership rates are not refunded.

The participation in the partner-program / reimbursement-system of MWM project is voluntary.

Solid component of this AGB is the MWM scheme merit-plan. The proper filling of our application form and the acknowledgment of these general business-conditions (AGB) and this of the ethical partnership-conditions (EPB) are prerequisite for the membership. You/they assure that the costs for our offer don't represent any financial burden. The membership is timewise unlimited.

We require the statement of a PayPal Accounts and/or a bank-connection for reimbursement-disbursements.

MWM project members is independent, not social insurance-compulsory and is within our marketing-concept active in order to publicize MWM project and the association MKS. Independent entrepreneurs are MWM project members and therefore free of its decisions or stands in no social insurance-compulsory / taxable near-relationship to the MWM project and the association MKS.

The association MKS alone decides about the assumption or refusal of memberships.

Reimbursements are earnings from independent employment, that are subject to the tax-right of the country, in which the member is reported. The member is for the observation and observance of these legal duties involving in his country / the distribution-partner even responsible. Speak with your tax or legal adviser.

The member exempts project MWM from all disadvantages, that him through demands of third because of damaging actions of the member, indifferently whether purposely or carelessly, can originate.

Sale acquired reimbursement-rights against the member. The member can his activity or sells emerging rights and duties from it, transfers or in other form sells. MWM project must agree to the alteration before.

MWM project doesn't have any influence on the complete availability of the service and therefore doesn't take over any assurance after it. Errors and misspellings reservations. Mistakes in translations reservations.

Each member commits to treat itself/themselves, e-mails, news or other data confidentially from members and to make these accessible consent of her/its/their originator Dritten. Ethical partnership-conditions (EPB)

Whoever would like to become member of MWM project must acknowledge our AGB and our EPB.

The distribution-partner is allowed to neither the association nor the offer and especially his/its income or other circumstances incorrectly or in misleading manner explains.

It prohibits itself manipulatives of effecting of all type on prospects, especially on the personality-structure.

The member confirms with his registration that he read the general business-conditions (AGB) and the ethical partnership-conditions (EPB) of MWM project and understood and acknowledges.
